  • Company Registration: Bali Holistic Healing is a legally registered Indonesian entity (PT – Perseroan Terbatas) under our parent organization, the Juara Holding Group.
  • Tourism Business License (SIUP Pariwisata): We hold a valid Tour and Travel Business License issued by the Indonesian Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy (Kementerian Pariwisata dan Ekonomi Kreatif), authorizing us to conduct all tour operations.
  • Taxpayer Identification Number (NPWP): We are a registered taxpayer and are fully compliant with all regulations set by the Indonesian Directorate General of Taxes.
  • Employee Welfare Compliance: All our employees are provided with comprehensive social security (BPJS Ketenagakerjaan) and universal health coverage (BPJS Kesehatan), as mandated by Indonesian law.

  • Emergency Protocols: We have a 24/7 on-call duty manager to handle any emergencies. We have established emergency action plans and direct-billing relationships with top-tier international medical facilities in Bali, such as BIMC Hospital.
